We accept card payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are secure and processed in EUR.
Can I return my order?
You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind. Contact us before making a return. You are responsible for return postage, and the refund will be made to the original payment method after approval.
Is delivery free?
Standard delivery costs 9,90 € and is free on orders of 50 € or more. The stated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
What's the warranty on the chargers?
2-year manufacturer's warranty included, free of charge. 5-year extension optional (+19 € per charger) — covers breakage, faults and battery issues. Replacement within 48 working hours.
Are my chargers compatible with my iPhone?
All our MagSafe chargers are compatible with iPhone 12 and later. For Android, add a clear MagSafe case.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact info@lespetitschargeurs.com with your order number. Otherwise, you can request a return within 30 days; you are responsible for return postage.
How does the free gift pack work?
Duo (2 chargers) = 1 free gift pack. Family (4 chargers) = 4 free gift packs. Each pack contains a mini charger, a card holder and a lanyard.

Les Petits Chargeurs is a French brand based in Hyères. Design, quality control and packaging are done in France. The electrical components are imported from Asia, where the world's best electrical components are made, to guarantee optimal charging quality.
