How long until I receive my order?+
Shipped within 48h. Delivered in 2–3 days within mainland France via Colissimo. 24h Chronopost option available at checkout.
Which iPhones are compatible?+
All iPhone 12 models and newer support MagSafe / Qi2 25W charging. iPhone 8 to 11 charge via standard Qi at 10W. Any MagSafe-labelled case (max 3 mm thick) is compatible.
How do I make a return?+
Email us at info@lespetitschargeurs.com with your order number. You'll receive a prepaid label within 24h. Drop the parcel off at a Colissimo pick-up point. Refund within 5 working days of receipt.
Can I pay in instalments?+
Yes — 3 interest-free instalments via PayPal on purchases from 100€. Automatically calculated at checkout.
Are the products really designed in France?+
Yes. The design, hand-polishing and quality control all take place at our office in Hyères.
What exactly does the warranty cover?+
Any manufacturing defect for 2 years. We repair or replace. Not covered: deliberate drops, water damage, crushing.
