Every charger is checked individually before packaging. Recycled cardboard, plant-based ink, kraft paper padding. No unnecessary plastic.

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as it ships. Your parcel is tracked from door to door — you'll know exactly where it is.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to send the charger back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The refund is in full, sent to your original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel reaching our workshop.

If the structure of your Petit Chargeur breaks — a crack, a knock, wear and tear — we repair or replace it free of charge (2-year parts and labour warranty, extendable to 5 years with ChargerCare).

The electronic components (charging coil, cable) are also covered for 2 years, extendable to 5 years with ChargerCare. Beyond that, we repair them at cost price.
