Can I return my order?
You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind. Contact us before making a return. You are responsible for return postage, and the refund will be made to the original payment method after approval.
Is delivery free?
Standard delivery costs 9,90 € and is free on orders of 50 € or more. The stated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
What is the warranty on chargers?
2-year manufacturer warranty included at no extra cost. Optional 5-year extension (+€19 per charger) — covers damage, faults and battery. Replacement within 48 business hours.
Are my chargers compatible with my iPhone?
All our MagSafe chargers are compatible with iPhone 12 and later. For Android, add a transparent MagSafe case.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact info@lespetitschargeurs.com with your order number. Otherwise, you can request a return within 30 days; you are responsible for return postage.
How does the free gift pack work?
The Duo (2 chargers) includes 1 free gift pack. The Family (4 chargers) includes 4 free gift packs. Each pack contains a miniature charger, card holder and lanyard.

French brand Les Petits Chargeurs, based in Hyères. Design, quality control and packaging in France. The electrical components are imported from Asia, where the best electrical components in the world are manufactured, to guarantee optimal charging quality.
