You receive a tracking email as soon as it's shipped. The package is tracked end-to-end — you'll know where it is down to the minute.

You have 30 days after receipt to return the charger to us. We'll send you a prepaid return label — you pay nothing upfront.

The refund is full, refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days after receipt of the package in our workshop.

If the frame of your charger breaks — crack, impact, wear — we will repairs or replaces it for free (2-year warranty parts and labor, extendable to 5 years with ChargerCare).

The electronic components (charging coil, cable) are also guaranteed for 2 years, extendable to 5 years with ChargerCare. Beyond that, we repair them at cost price.
