Les Petits Chargeurs workshop is three things happening mostly in one place: we design the chargers, 3D print them, sand them, paint them, and inspect them one by one before they leave.

Step 1
Designed in-house, prototyped in-house.
Every charger is born in 3D in our studio, then printed as a prototype on site. Three to six iterations before finalizing a silhouette. On average, we only release a new model once a year — taking the time to do it right.
Step 2
Industrial sanding, followed by hand finishing.
The 3D printed layers are first smoothed with a sander, then each piece is guided by hands finishing what the machine cannot: the angles, curves, and crevices. Three passes of increasingly fine sandpaper — 400, 800, 2000.
It's this touch that sets an atelier piece apart from mass-produced objects. Something no automated line can replicate on silhouettes as sculpted as ours.
Step 3
Matte finish, then inspected one by one.
Paint is sprayed in a ventilated booth — a single, thin, even matte coat. Parts air-dry without accelerators or ovens. No charger ships without passing real charging tests: iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods simultaneously. Power output measurement. Magnet alignment verification. Visual inspection, piece by piece.
If a piece doesn't pass inspection, it is set aside to be reworked. We only release products we are truly proud of.
