As part of our commitment to reach carbon neutrality by 2030, all our chargers are shipped without a mains adapter. Inside the box, you'll find a braided USB-C cable that supports fast charging, compatible with any USB-C adapter you already own.
If you need a 55 W mains adapter, simply add it to your pack at the Accessories step.
Questions and answers
How does building my pack work?
First choose your formula (1, 2 or 4 chargers), then pick the models, colours and charging power. The more chargers you take, the lower the unit price: −20 % with The Duo, −25 % with The Family, applied automatically at checkout.
Which phones are compatible with your chargers?
All our MagSafe chargers are compatible with iPhone 12 and later. For Android and other phones, you'll need a MagSafe case. We offer a certified clear case to add to your pack if needed.
How long does delivery take?
Prepared within 24 to 72 working hours. Standard delivery in Europe within 3 to 5 working days. Cost: 9,90 €, free on orders of 50 € or more.
What payment options are available?
We accept card payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are secure and processed in EUR.
Can I return my pack?
You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind. Contact us before making a return. You are responsible for return postage, and the refund will be made to the original payment method after approval.
What does the extended 5-year warranty cover?
The extended 5-year warranty (+19 € per charger) covers breakage, electronic faults and premature battery wear. Standard replacement within 48 working hours. The 2-year manufacturer's warranty is always included, free of charge.
How does the free gift pack work?
Each gift pack contains a MagSafe charger, a card holder and a phone lanyard. With the Duo pack, you receive 1 gift pack. With Family, you receive 4 — that's 4 MagSafe chargers + 4 card holders + 4 lanyards. Perfect for treating your whole family in a single order.
