Our story
Set it down. Charge. Forget.
A story of nightstands, 2000-grit sandpaper, and an obsession with objects made to last. Anne, and three years in Hyères.
It all started on a nightstand in Hyères.
In 2022, Anne was sharing an apartment in Hyères with two Apple devices, two cables, and a messy nightstand every morning.
She's looking for a 3-in-1 charger that fits seamlessly into a beautiful room. Everything she finds is bulky, plastic, industrial. The kind of thing no one would dare place next to a ceramic lamp or a hardcover book.
So she decides to design it herself.
Anne, founder
A seamstress. An obsession.
Making something useful and beautiful. Not a gadget. Something that deserves its place on a table.
The idea.
Anne is a trained seamstress. She spent five years crafting collections for Parisian fashion brands — used to tactile materials and carefully examined finishes.
The first prototype was 3D-printed in a FabLab in Toulon. Three months of research. Six versions. The seventh stands upright, charging an iPhone, an Apple Watch, and AirPods simultaneously. Above all — it is beautiful.
Anne builds her team: an electronics engineer, a partner during the first funding round, and the team that manages production and customer service today. But the brand remains hers — one founder, one signature.
We turned down the easy option. All injection-molded plastic, delivered in three months, comfortable margin. It would have been easy. It would have been just like the others.— Anne, founder
The choice of hand polishing.
Instead of an industrial finish, the choice of hand polishing. Three passes — 400, 800, 2000 grit paper. Forty minutes per charger. A cost in materials and time that should have killed the project.
But this touch is what makes all the difference. When the charger leaves the workshop, it has a texture that no industrial object possesses. Something silky, almost alive. You place it on a table and you just want to touch it.
Main manufacturing takes place in our workshop in the industrial zone. Hand-finishing, quality control, and final touch-ups are done in our boutique workshop in Hyères. What comes out of Hyères is the final care given to every single piece.
Three years later
We wanted to create an object, not just a brand. Today, customers come back to buy more for their parents, their children. It means we made something built to last.— Anne, founder
Our mission.
Making everyday objects — charger, lamp, pen holder — that deserve their place. Not "designed" in the marketing sense. Beautiful in the sense of: pleasant to touch, to look at, to set down.
Making objects that last. That can be repaired. Passed down. That don't end up in the bin after eighteen months.
That's why we work by hand, offer a real 2-year warranty covering parts and labor, and collect chargers at the end of their life cycle. Step by step, action by action.
