ARTICLE 5 – IMPORTATION, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND DELIVERY
The products sold on www.lespetitschargeurs.com are shipped from our warehouses located outside the European Union (mainly China and Hong Kong).
By placing an order on our website, you are considered the official importer for the products concerned. For deliveries to the European Union, VAT is collected at checkout when the shipment is eligible under the IOSS scheme, specifically when its intrinsic value does not exceed €150. The IOSS scheme does not cover any customs duties or import charges applicable under current regulations, which may be collected separately. For shipments not eligible for IOSS and for destinations outside the European Union, any taxes, duties, and charges payable upon import remain the customer's responsibility.
Import duties and fees not covered by the IOSS scheme remain your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities in your country. Craft Kitties Limited cannot be held responsible in the event of blockage, seizure, or destruction of the package by customs due to non-payment of these amounts.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Product origin: The designs and illustrations of our products are created by service providers based in France, while the manufacturing and assembly of the electronic hardware are carried out in China (P.R.C.).
