Track my order
Log in to your account to view the status, tracking, and history of your orders. You can also contact us with your order number.
How it works
1. You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. It contains your order number.
2. A second email is sent upon dispatch with your tracking number (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or Chronopost depending on your choice). Click the link to track delivery live.
3. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days in mainland France. You will receive a final email upon delivery.
