ARTICLE 4 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: If you complete your purchase througough a direct payment gateway, in which case Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted according to the standard ddata security standard established by the payment card industry payment (PCI-DSS standard). Information related to your purchase transaction is kept as long as necessary to finalize your orrder. Once your order is finalized, the information regarding the purchase transaction is deleted. All pirect payment gateways adhere to the PCI-DSS standard, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is the joint effort of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. ARTICLE 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

 

In general, third-party providers that we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow fullise the services they provide us.   • _session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information related to your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).

     

  • _shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by the internalternal stats tracking from our website host to record the number of visits.

     

  • _shopify_uniq, no data retained, expires at midnight (based on visitor location) the following day. Calculates the number of store visits by a unique customer.

     

  • cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information related to your shopping cart.

  • _secure_session_id, unique session identifier.

  • storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the shop has a password, used to check if the current visitor has access.

ARTICLE 8 – AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site web.

 

ARTICLE 9 – SMS MARKETING (If applicable)
